My visit to Polaris Street Cafe can be summed up in one word: satisfying. I indulged in the Farmers Connection, a hearty plate of scrambled eggs with crumbled sausage, peppers, and onions, topped with creamy country gravy. Paired with crispy hash browns and fluffy buttermilk hotcakes, it was a feast that made my taste buds dance. The warmth of the seasoned ingredients coupled with generous portions left me eager to return.

I visit Polaris cafe on a daily base for a their coffee I absolutely love it great food, service, ,staff is amazing always on top of everything. I wanna repeat every single staff member is courteous and helpful. Julissa is the business owner and is always willing to make you feel at home as well. Thank you for always making me feel welcomed.

I don't know why you wouldn't eat here! Great food, service and atmosphere. We went two mornings in a row and saw the same thing. No one standing around talking. They were cleaning windows, tables, bar, etc. Beware of the serving sizes. You'll not leave hungry and may even leave a little on your plate. Highly recommended!!!

Don't judge a book by its cover....GO INSIDE. Great hidden treasure just off the strip (a mile from Treasure Island). I'd found it a couple years ago for my husband's business trip because it was close to his hotel and he had enjoyed a couple meals here. Last weekend, we stopped by on Sunday for breakfast. The outside doesn't look that welcoming....but inside you'll feel very welcome. Clean, bright, and affordable. Our server was great. Wish I got his name. Very friendly, helpful, and checked on us several times. My husband had a breakfast burrito and I had French toast. Both were great and came quickly. Great way to get off the beaten track, have good food, and support local restaurants.

A few of my friends and I walked here from the Wyndham before we headed to the airport. We got a nice large table kind of separated from the main dining area. I ordered chorizo with eggs over medium. It was delicious. The pancakes were also so good and fluffy. The service was quick. No complaints!

Amazing little diner off the strip in Vegas! Great service and great food! Love that they have Mexican breakfast and American. Something for everyone. The diner is small but they accommodated my party of 8 after a 15 minute wait. Outside was a bit funky as they're currently renovating. But the place was busy the entire time we were here.

Definitely off the beaten path in the belly of Las Vegas outside the glitz and glamor of the strip. It was a 30 minute walk to get here from the strip. It was nice to get a good walk before a big greasy breakfast dish. I ordered a regular coffee and the Irish Connection. The Irish connection included 2 eggs, 2 sausages, 2 slices of bacon, a good portion of corned beef hash, and regular hash browns. It was a lot of food for a very low price. The food was cooked to regular greasy perfection (if you're craving for a heavier breakfast). I would recommend this to all locals.

My wife, teenage daughter and I went here on a Saturday morning . For ten years I drove by the place when going to work. So it's been on my radar for many years. Then I heard that The Polaris Street Cafe was going to host the show Restaurant: Impossible, my curiosity peaked. Outside it doesn't look like the best choice of place to go. The exterior somewhat matches the industrial businesses in the surrounding area. But you go inside and the place looks very cozy. The staff / family that serve you, are very friendly, welcoming and informative. I'll close with the the best part... THE FOOD IS PHENOMENAL. Fresh ingredients, nice portion sizes. The Polaris Street Cafe is truly a diamond in the rough.

Found this little gem thanks to my wife! From first glance did not think this place would be good due to location and its appearance. Small parking lot , so if you can all come in one car if you have a bigger party that would be a plus. There is almost a wait every single time we have gone but it's nothing to strenuous. The staff that are friendly and try to seat you asap. It's clean inside for how busy it is I was surprised. The interior decor I feel goes really well I like the tables the black and white around. The coffee , freshly brewed nothing spectacular. Overall it's good coffee. Hard to find a place where the coffee is great and the food is great does anyone else feel like that? Hahaha Huevos rancheros, was absolutely amazing. I'm not a fan of nor am I crazy for eggs sunny side up. I must say I didn't mind it one bit with this entree. The red salsa was absolutely delicious and it comes with chorizo. I ordered mine with a side of carne asada. The asada there was so good it was tender also season well cooked perfectly. Hot chocolate was standard with milk whip cream and chocolate sprinkles. It was perfect of course it was still cold outside when I ordered it. Must try if you stop by. French toast was so friggin good!! Light fluffy perfectly cooked I almost didn't even need the syrup I'll be ordering this plate every time i go! Love this place I'll continue to be back.

Got in at around 11:30 and this place was pretty full with a large group waiting outside. Luckily, our group of four was able to be seated immediately. The food: Chorizo con Huevos- we ordered it with flour tortillas, but it comes with a giant burrito sized one that we tore into mini portions. We made little breakfast tacos with the eggs and the spicy salsa and everyone liked this dish. The hash browns are nice and crispy. Beef Torta - The torta itself is a bit intimidating. There is a ton of meat and bread on this thing. I would have preferred less meat and something else to break it up a little (e.g. lettuce, tomato). Bread is on the dense side (usually fluffy/pillowy bread on a torta). The Red Chile sauce on the fries is the bomb. Unfortunately, the fries are served in a pool of it, so they are soggy. I'd recommend getting the Chile sauce on the side so your fries stay crispy. Definitely something interesting here, but the dish needs a couple changes. Avocado Skillet - this is going to sound weird, but we liked everything about this dish except it was kind of bland. The restaurant gives two types of bottled hot sauce you can use. We wound up adding in the Red Chile sauce from the torta and... chef's kiss. Wonder if you can ask them to give the Red Chile sauce on the side for this one. Orange Juice - a giant glass of tasty OJ (not fresh squeezed) The service: We got our drinks and then put in our order and waited. 30 minutes later, our waitress apologized and said the ticket was never put in. Usually, this does not lead to good things, but we weren't in a rush and she was over the top nice to us after that. Our kids got - complementary mixed berry bowl to hold them over until the food came. They said they would comp one entree, but they wound up comping the whole meal! Can't complain about that and it shows a lot about how much the customers matter to this business.
